- 2 Year minimum experience providing technical support
- CompTIA A+ Certifcation, MCSA Certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Windows operating systems
- General knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, WAPs)
- Experience with malicious content and general removal software/tools
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic IT security standards/practices.
- Comfortable with installation, setup, diagnosis, and maintenance of various equipment including workstations, networking devices, connected devices, etc.
- Apply skills to diagnose and resolve client issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Malicious content removal.
- PC imaging.
- Communicate with vendors for warranty and troubleshooting.
